KONTRUST tribal - global - international: different styles of music and various influences, songs in six different languages, combine with a pressing mix of female/male-vocals and all kinds of drum- and percussion-elements exactly to that one style, which the 2001 founded formation showed and proved in lots of concerts all over Middle-Europe: TRIBAL CROSSOVER! We already were allowed to convince the guys of: Ill Nino, Biohazard, Molotov, Downset, Pro Pain, Sportfreunde Stiller, Donots, Emil Bulls, Farmer Boys, etc. After two published EPs (Teamspirit 55 - 2001 / Make me blind - 2003), in 2005 the new album "we!come home" has been released, and was sent directly into the record stores. In 2006, KONTRUST received the AUSTRIAN NEWCOMER AWARD and the very special AUDIENCE AWARD.
